There are two ways that you can remove your temporary internet files. First, you can go up to your toolbar at the top of your browser, and click "Tools". Then go to "Internet Options". From the General tab, (should be the first one that pops up!), you want to click the "Delete Files". (Should be in the middle box) Click OK when you are done, and close out the remaining boxes.

A second way to remove this page from your temporary Internet Files, is to go to "Start, Programs, Windows Explorer, Windows, Temporary Internet Files". Right click "select all" and delete!
